In this project, I invited some of my friends of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds to play a language game inspired by a popular game of the same name in India and some of its neighbouring countries.
Antakshari explores and encounters the notion of multicultural citizenship and neo-cultural nationalism in relation to the 'self' and the 'other'. It celebrates the flow of dynamic cultural exchange within multiple cultural communities.
