I met the participants through Maison Rester. Étranger. Their photographs mark moments when a new chapter begins while administrative recognition remains uncertain.

I let the portraits move between clarity and erasure. I installed them horizontally and held their edges with stones collected from the street, bringing together loss, remembrance and the possibility of becoming otherwise.

J’ai rencontré les participants par l’intermédiaire de Maison Rester. Étranger. Leurs photographies marquent des moments où un nouveau chapitre commence tandis que la reconnaissance administrative demeure incertaine.

Je laisse les portraits osciller entre netteté et effacement. Je les installe horizontalement, leurs bords maintenus par des pierres ramassées dans la rue, réunissant perte, souvenir et possibilité de devenir autrement.
