Reconnecting…

2025 — in progress

Reconnecting… is a wall painting developed for Maison Rester. Étranger in Saint-Denis. The work grew from a long process of exchange with the residents, who were invited to share images connected to their places of origin, memories, homes, landscapes, people, animals and everyday surroundings.

The fresco does not bring these images together as a clear narrative. Instead, they appear as fragments, silhouettes, traces and uncertain forms. Personal images become part of a shared surface, where different memories of home overlap without being fully resolved.
